CAITLIN

FABROCINI

Caitlin is a seasoned Middle School Counselor with over eight years of experience helping students navigate the emotional and academic challenges of adolescence. She spent a year and a half coaching Bergen County families in executive function strategies before enthusiastically joining the team at The Ms. B Key.

Caitlin combines her background in school counseling with a mental health–centered coaching style, supporting students in working through feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, confusion, and defeat. She focuses on helping students access their “learning brain” by addressing emotional barriers and teaching practical skills for organization, planning, and self-management. One of her favorite parts of the work is watching students build confidence and recognize how small changes can make a big impact over time.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family & Child Studies (with a concentration in Family Services) and a Master’s Degree in Counseling (with a concentration in Schools), both from Montclair State University.Caitlin is also a longtime volunteer with Comfort Zone Camp, a nonprofit grief support organization where she’s worked with children in therapeutic group settings since 2012. In her most recent school role, she launched a popular drop-in workshop series on student organization skills, covering topics like lockers, planners, Google Calendar, and Gmail—equipping students with tools to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Caitlin’s strength lies in her ability to blend compassion with strategy, helping each student feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
