College Cohorts

Our College Cohorts are intentionally designed by an executive function coach with years of experience supporting students through the academic and personal transitions of college. The curriculum has been shaped not only by professional expertise, but also by insights gathered from many college students—and even built in collaboration with our college intern—so every session reflects the realities of campus life today. Throughout the program, students benefit from a blend of seasoned coaching and authentic college-student perspective of our college co-teacher, creating a learning environment that feels both grounded and relatable.

Across the five weeks, students learn practical, actionable skills in time management, organization, planning, self-monitoring, task initiation, digital distractions, study strategies, and balancing school with life. Sessions weave together instruction, guided practice, real examples from campus life, and space for students to apply the tools to their own schedules and routines. The experience blends seasoned coaching with authentic college-student perspective, helping students walk away with systems they can use immediately, confidence in their daily habits, and a clearer sense of how to manage the demands of college with more independence and less stress.
