Individual college coaching sessions are designed for students who recognize that strengthening their executive functioning skills can dramatically reduce stress, frustration, and the sense of falling behind. At this stage, students are often eager for greater independence and ready to build the habits and systems that support academic and personal success. These sessions are practical, targeted, and deeply personalized—focusing on uncovering obstacles, applying strategies directly to the student’s real assignments, schedule, and routines, and guiding them step-by-step through the setup and implementation of tools and resources. Unlike cohort programs, where students receive strategies and apply them independently, individual coaching provides hands-on support and real-time guidance to ensure the systems actually get built, tested, and used. For students preparing to transition to college, beginning this work early creates a strong, proactive foundation.
